Has anyone faced this BGV issue in TCS joining?

My friend left one small scale company in 2018 in their graduation period he has worked for only 1 Month and that company added their name in the epfo site. And TCS BGV asking for a relieving letter and exp letter. Otherwise they will not proceed further...please anyone suggest here?

I can give you correct answer. Same happened with me, I worked in a company (Lets say A) just for 2 months and then had to left but they didn’t release experience letter but this time I got selected in TCS and as BGV process, TCS asked me to get the experience letter anyhow though I have explained everything to TCS team but its in their rule so what I did, I went to that A company’s HR and requested to release a offer letter. After requesting multiple times, they released the offer letter and in some cases if you pay the amount (like buyout option) then also the company can release the experience letter so only option to convince the A’s HR.

He is also doing the same process and he is waiting for A company's reply saying they will provide but need to check with the payroll team once.

Tcs bgv is extremely strict. If your friend wants to get into tcs then he/she has to provide all the docs they ask for.

This is for all organizations or only tcs taking it strictly?
