Has anyone exchanged phones on flipkart ? Need to ask something how was rhe experience

They install some software on the phone (don't remember the exact name) and run full diagnostics. It captures all the minute faults even the smaller screen damages. If any damages found your exchange money will be very less. Fortunately for me no damages were found. My phone was in good condition.
