Trending @Accenture; Has anyone enrolled into ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) ?

I have enrolled into ESPP and I've got 1 share of Accenture. I am not sure how I can withdraw it from UBS. It's not like I want to withdraw it right now, I just want to know the procedure and what all charges do we have to incur in the process ?

Can anyone enlighten me on this ?
