Has anyone else faced this issue with Amazon's SDE Online Assessment (OA) link?

I recently received an email from Amazon University Talent Acquisition regarding the next steps for the SDE I Full-Time role. The email states that an OA link has been sent to my email ID, but I haven't received it yet. I've checked my inbox and spam folder, but there's no sign of it.

The email also doesn't mention whom to contact in case of such issues. If anyone has faced a similar situation or knows the best way to get this resolved, please share your insights!
