Has anyone claimed one plus voucher for green line issue?

I wanna claim the voucher to buy this phone along with the discount coupon I have but I need to be sure that I can combine them and for that the voucher needs to be one of the other 3 types as seen in the picture. Anybody knowing this can tell me here.
