Has anyone checked their project awards history?

You can download the awards history for your current project to see who has received how many awards.

For example, in my project, the person responsible for nominations has earned 25% of all awards. Additionally, three people in my project's management (including this person) account for 65% of the total awards. In comparison, the median is just 1%.

My managers have so many awards to their name. They must be working extra hard, right?

Working hard is never enough

You need a good senior/TL who can recognize it.

Just so you know, anyone can nominate anyone for gems awards. I myself have initiated gems awards at least for 10 different ppl in the last 2 years. (I dont get the same from anyone though, but that doesnt stop me from raising for others )

But you could start that as a practice in your time. Appreciate someone junior or senior. Others could follow

Yes, it's always the person in charge giving awards to himself/herself or a select few senior people. It's pathetic
