Has any one used TCS cares counselling?

You need to locate the counselor from your location. They will be visiting tcs weekly once or twice. You can check with HR. My personal experience was really good I would really recommend. They maintain professionalism. I feel it's a big perk with TCS.

I encourage counselling but it's better not to use corporate counselling.. At the end of the day the counselor/HR and everyone is paid by the company and their objectives is towards company's growth(not you or me).

Don't use it. It is not confidential. One of my reportees used it, she had self harm thoughts,
The counsellor reached out to me direct supervisor and the Delivery partner. Associate was released from project, even though she did not look for release and was good technically. This is surely kept as a note in employee file, and will be used as a weapon during layoff.

I taken the counselling around 2.5 yrs ago. The experience was great and they were professionals. Highly recommended.
