
Harrasment by manager
I am asking for WFH for one month on medical conditions HR approved documents now she is asking to take approval from gl and supervisor when i talked to supervisor he asked to take approval from gl . Gl is saying will provide WFH but you need to work 9 to 12 on week days and every Saturday . If you are ready for this please drop a mail to me stating same othervise no WFH Plz help !!!

Drop a mail to Higher management above his level also in CC and description that your GI want to work extended hours and he is miss using this authority of power, if he becomes to personal, post this story on LinkedIn and tag Labour minister and Commisioner of labour , let u also harm them in big way.

First ask him to drop a mail for the same and then you will reply on the same

Please escalate the scenario to senior management including HR

Report to your HR

Find all their managers and find managerial peopled mail as well add HR head and drop a mail as a escalation by stating these important points completely... Don't worry they can't do anything against you except the threatening...

Don't chat with those guys. Just drop a mail to that Gl, supervisor including ur HR. Saying need WFH and all the relevant docs are submitted to HR and HR had approved. Put their super senior in CC.
Let him ask over a mail that u want to work on weekends. If he asked means convey over a mail saying that u can't as it's a medical issue. And u can't work beyond the work hrs
