Harness or AI startup? Which one should I chose?

Hey, I'm a developer with around 5 years of experience. I’ve got two job offers on the table right now:

1. An AI startup (Singapore-based, remote) offering 40 LPA.

2. Harness (Bengaluru-based) offering 35 LPA CTC, with a 32 LPA base.

I’m torn between the two and not sure which one to pick.
