Trending @Accenture; Hardlocked Or locked hard?

I am a fresher at accenture. I was recently shifted to bench. Today i got a mail that i am hardlocked to a certain project. When i contacted the DU lead they told me that it was an auto lock and you will be released soon. Does anyone know what does this mean. I am new to accenture and don't understand these terms

Hardlocked means you are going to be locked to work in a project. But sometimes it gets auto hard lock and if the project doesn't want you they will release the Hard Lock and you will be on the bench again.
