Trending @Accenture; Hardlock accept or no ?

I have been hardlocked to a proj in my base location but due to few severe health issues i cannot relocate to my base location i asked for a reloctaion to my hometown . But the team lead did not accept and asked me to try for roll off . The role and project details have not been specified to me . What should i do … please give me a correct suggestion . And can i get a project after .. if i roll off ? And how can i get a proj in my hometown?
