Hard water solution?

I've been struggling with hard water issues lately, and it's been quite the challenge! I'm exploring different solutions to combat its effects on my hair and skin. I already tried Water Science water softeners, but they're not effective enough for Bengaluru's water hardness. It's time to replace the previous one, can someone suggest any?
