Hard times , Advice necessary

Hi Graphiners,

I joined a company on January 20, 2025, and as per the offer letter, I was informed that there would be 3 months of training, after which I would need to clear an IJP test to be converted into a full-time role and get deployed on projects.

Initially, everything seemed fine—I started receiving my salary and onboarding was smooth. However, over time, I’ve been noticing a few concerning issues. There are frequent delays in salary, and we often have to follow up through emails and messages to get clarity or updates. On top of that, I’ve been hearing a lot of negative feedback about the company from others, which is adding to my doubts.

The company is based out of Pune, and while I want to give it a fair chance, I'm honestly feeling stuck. I don’t feel like I’m in a position to quit right now, but at the same time, it's becoming hard to cope with the uncertainty and stress.

I would really appreciate any advice or insights from the senior or experienced members here on how to navigate this situation. What should I do, and how should I approach this going forward?

Thanks in advance!

Signs are not good, better have an offer at hand.
