Trending @Cognizant; Hard time getting projects even with enough years of experience also!!

After applying most of the jobs in the Talent Market Place. I came to know that in 30% candidate is already selected. 30% doesn't reply to the application. I have hope on the remaining 40% only. In that also they are coming up with location constraint while in the same city eg:

They have requirement for a particular office in the city you are applying.

I think this is nothing but a silent layoff thing they are doing. What you guys think?

True. Finding a project has become very difficult. There are not enough projects for people to be allocated to. That's why it is best to look out.

I think management is doing the silent layoff by releasing candidates in the talent marketplace. The managers, the upper management knows this.
