Hard time at work…
A guy who joined the project five months before me has been treating me in an awkard manner from the beginning.Yesterday I asked him for some help and he waved his hand on my face saying go from here.Later that day when I confronted him in a firm tone that you can’t talk to me in this manner a senior sitting beside her started blaming me and saying that I should speak properly to my seniors and blamed me for warning him(it was because they both are from same state-region bias was clear).What do I do?
Seniors in TCS think they own the company, TCS is well reknowned for the politics by it’s seniors. You have to be extremely lucky to get a good senior.
Just sit back and take the insult cz u cannot even imagine what kind of hell they can make you go through if you try to take any action against them. It has happened with me and i was literally going for mental therapies for anxiety and the worst part is i conceived when all of this was going on so it wasn’t good for the baby too.
