Hi team, I'm new joiner to Accenture, I have received the project hard lock details, but I don't want to join that project because outside that I got a good project how to proceed?

Basically I want to move to some other project but since I've been hard lock to a project initially.

You can tell them you got your skill project and waise v bro at start they will hardlock you as a shadow only not a big deal for them to let you go if their team size is big.
