Trending @Accenture; Hard and smart workers are gonna leave accenture 😂

Most of the promotions are happening like actors and commitment batch. I am not talking about all,.there are few managers who are good even my manager is also good. But in some projects it's happening to only lolipop batch and commitment batch instead of who are working truly. Until CEO takes any action on this, no one can fall the downfall of accenture. Accenture can find many people but the efficiency will not get the same.
