Harassment by RMG

I got released all of sudden with out any reason .. But I come to know from one of the leadership that as there are 3 C3B’s my manager released me .. from the day release I am reporting to RMG daily. One fine day HR asked to resign immediately and HR said they will schedule a meeting again on next day and asked to get ready with resignation but no response there after not only he a lot more employees have same conversation in first HR round. Recently for not reporting to office RMG Harassing me for not coming to office. Frustrated want to ask them to kill instead as they told me no projects currently and still asking to report just for attendance. Whom can we reach where is justice? IS TCS heads blind or state governments not seeing anything of this cruel decisions taken as whatever they want daily .. who can help

Unfortunately no one can help you here bro!! You really need to involve legal experts to tackle this matter and get some helpful guidance. That’s the only fruitful option left other than resignation

The company has already lost its value thanks to that CEO and poor management taking almost the entire credit of the company.. Instead of investing for that route.. moving on to somewhere is the best option I can see in the current scenario...In this case we have to do smartly to survive in this sector...An Employee Union tried raising the issue on layoffs once but in vain as most didn't came up for support openly giving the same entirely....

I’m sharing my experience: Till March 26, the same situation will continue. If you think you’re safe just because you’re in a project, please remove that misconception. Anyone can be released (I personally know 7 people who were released and got 3 months basic and 1 got 6 months compensation ). I was also in the same situation, but I was retained because of my skill set — still, I feel suffocated.

I think you should try to get a project on Knome and explain your situation clearly to hiring team. However, you might need ISC Head approval — if your hiring manager considers you are a critical employee, there’s a chance you can be retained.

Currently, they are focusing on the last two C bands and C3A and above levels; managers and QA roles are mostly being targeted. And in my case I cleared one account’s coding and client rounds, and even though it was considered under fluidity, but within just 3 days RMG received allocation request from more than 10 different accounts for me that’s why I am in , Anyways we must have to ready all time in such situations because of this situation/frustration I loose my weight 6 kg in 10 days .

Too scary situation. I know out teams contract was renewed till OCT, we work with client. no way to know if yet its extended or not or its gonna happen.
