Happy with my work.
Ask the question to myself every 3 months.
Upskill myself every 6 months in my domain.
Promoted to C1 in 2 Years in 2024 from B3 promotion in 2022. The only thing that I find terrible in Wipro is the HR (Mixed) policies. No real retention strategies, no proper top talent structure , no training that's really cutting edge. Mostly that entire support department functions like a sarkari naukri and no value adds to delivery.

Approximately, How much of a hike can we expect after promotion from grade B2 to grade B3?

I got a standard 12% at the time..I hear it is now around 10%.

Almost 50 % of people work for responsibilities only even if they don't like work😢

I guess the % hike should be more then 50 actually take it to 75%
