Halliburton company work culture is not good

Is there any one from Paytm , who can confirm if there’s a silent layoff happening there. I have an offer as SSE , but have heard from multiple people that work culture is detoriating very fast and almost 20% are undergoing PIP.

First company shutdown it's operation and gave work to current company. Now new company took some of the employees from old company. I got selected in that. And I joined given that I didn't had other offer.

How's their culture? They seem to have a full time WFO policy. Any insights, reviews?
