Solution bro solution

Vitamin d3 deficiency check

VITAMIN b12 deficiency check

Biotin and multivitamin tablets

Blood circulation on head

Proper oiling ( carefully fornoily scalp)

Less stress ( not possible many times)

7-8 hrs sleep

Exercise atleast 30min-60min minimum daily

Don't do daily shampoo and choose it after proper research

Tilt your head down for 3-4 mins while laying on bed

Good genetics is lottery system like picking in H1B so cant say that

Faced Alopecia related baldness when I was living a bachelor life. My hair would typically fall before winters and it would take minoxidil application for 3 months to recover from that.

Turns out I never had proper health checks done and was relying on a lot of unhealthy food.

Fast forward to life after marriage and switching to proper home cooked food and routine half yearly health checks I was able to recover my Vitamin D3 and B12 levels and have never faced alopecia since then.

Also, I usually avoid shampoos for as long as possible. Usually once or twice in 2 weeks. A lot of shampoos and conditioners do more harm than good.

Hey is this kind of alopecia causes thinning all over the head along with receding hairline

SnoozyJellybean
SnoozyJellybean

Not necessarily. Alopecia generally comes in patches of baldness in hair or beard.

Thinning of hair might also be related to the hardness in the water you bathe or your vitamin levels as well.

Your daily stress also adds to this.

You cannot prevent balding if it's genetic. But you can prolong it. Dandruff is the major reason. Dandruff maybe because of vitamin deficiencies. Fungal infections.

Start having multi-vitamin and especially vitamin D and vitamin B12

It doesn't matter, if genetics is the case! Thank God I have good genes.
