Hi guys, I have severe dandruff which is leading to so much of hair fall. I have tried anti dandruff Shampoos but it didn't work for me. Please tell me if someone has a legit solution which has worked for them.
Go to a dermatologist ASAP. They most often prescribe some multy vitamins if demage is internal, or medicated soaps if it needs to be treated externally. Nevertheless, it works. Don't use advertised products, consult a doctor.
