Had screening call with HR intern

Happens - unless it’s a senior level position- further a lot of applicants are bs

In my opinion, I dont think it should mean anything as long as the job is done right. The intern would have taken it up to gain experience.

In interview with my last employer, my HR POC was also intern. Nothing to worry I would say.

Don’t expect a high offer from them
