Trending @Accenture; Had argument with team lead regarding wfo Need advice
I had a argument(more of a fight) with team lead regarding branch. I wanted to go to bdc14 but he wanted me to go to bdc7
I have already gave my reasons that I can't be travelling that it's taking me 4-6 hours to travel up and down combining. But he is not read and escalating issue to manager.
I am kind of resource who has somewhat good dependency (Two members in team other guy is too dumb and needs my guidance)
I will try to convince them but If they force me too much am planning to ask rolloff. Is it good thing to do in this situation I need advice plzzzz
Fyi we have 3 days office travelling that much in bike is really hard and no metros towards bdc7

Don't think too much just go near the location there is no issue if your access is available for other locations that shows you can work from there as well I have also worked multiple times from other locations then if the manager does any tantrums then talk to HR and sr manager
Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕
I travel 15 hours every week for office attendance, and they depend on me as I am the only designer in the project. Yet, they still ask me about the Work From Office (WFO) policy. I could consider leaving the project, but the situation on the bench these days is risky, and they can fire me if I fail to get a project within 30 days.
Blore anyway is crappy to traverse.. for other things it's okay but office travel
Tell that i will have to ask roll of or resign
Just ignore your lead...whenever he ask about wfo ignore it and ask him to ignore
3 days office asked by client or just your manager?
