Had a second thought during Notice Period
i am on notice period and thinking of job security and getting a counter offer from tcs, but after the qva deduction I am confident to move on from here, Please share your insights in the comments. What's the use of security when you lose your freedom.

Yeah, I am in the same boat as well. Though for me, they tried to retain but did not get corporate approval but they offered onsite

Everything comes with a cost. So is job security. You need to decide you want to pay the cost of job security or not

Just move on.. even if they match they will construct your ctc in such a way where most of the raise will go to your variable component.And they can deduct it anytime citing any foolish reason
