Hi guy's, I have newly onboarded to a project as a support role. For a past few weeks my task is to solve the tickets which came for me. I wanted to know is there any way to see other's (senior/old) analysis report for my KT.

I am from SAP ABAP domain, the tickets cames regarding the technical part for example 'This is getting printed twice, the value printed is incorrect'. We did our analysis & create a word document which is called analysis report which is shared to the person created the issue.
