Hi everyone I was nominated for the H1B visa by my manager and I was selected by the USCIS so I have an approved H1B Work Permit valid for 3 years from Oct 2024- Sept 2027.

So now I have switched to another company so my H1B work permit is valid ???

Yes it’s valid. Your new company can use your petition number and file freshly out of cap. But chances of rejection are higher due to you not travelling with company which files the original
