H1B visa ongoing issue

H1B new rule:

$100,000 annual fee for H-1B visas

Employers must pay US$100,000 per year for each H-1B nonimmigrant worker.

This applies especially when the worker is outside the U.S. and needs to enter under H-1B.

  1. Restrictions on entry

If the employer does not pay the $100,000, the H-1B petition will be denied for individuals outside the U.S.

Applies for a period of 12 months starting September 21, 2025.

Trump finish USA onsite. Now need to watch, how it is impacting project renewal and offshore billing.
