I have a valid H-1b work permit which was applied by Infosys. Now if I resign from infosys and If i join another mnc then can this h-1b be used to go to USA from new mnc Or if I resign from Infosys and is it possible to transfer my H1b visa to some desi consultancy in US, so that they will do marketing and provide a job in US
Yes you can. But it would be lot easier I think if it would have been stamped. Since you didn’t get it stamped/travel with your original employer your application would be in higher scrutiny.

Yes. The scrutiny is lesser if you are already in us and have travelled. In your case it will be relatively lesser scrutiny than someone who doenst have it stamped but more than someone who is already in US
