H1B petition approved but never stamped

In 2018, I joined the Walgreens project and was supposed to work for Walgreens Boot Alliance which was in the pipeline. But till Feb 2019 the deal was not closed and we were released from the project. But the project had filed H1B for all the identified associates in Feb 2019.

Subsequently I had to join a Mfg account from April 2019. My petition for the H1B visa was selected in the lottery and after multiple RFEs it was approved in NOV2019. The retail account which filed the petition wanted me to get it stamped asap and join the KT in Jan 2020. But the MFG account was not willing to release me.

In the tussle of two ISUs I was getting grinded. Then came the deadly COVID and embassy was closed and my petition was expired as it was valid only for 1 year. I missed the golden opportunity.

Now, in my current project they released a list of associates who needed to file the petition but my name was not there. The HRs and RMGs are also not responding over emails. Is there any way I can apply for the H1B again?
