Trending @Capgemini; H1B: no project allocation

Hello All,

I got selected in H1B lottery-2023, but still waiting for project allocation in SAP since 4-5 months, as per the RMG, there is no opportunity yet in onshore. Does capgemini provide on-site opportunities in US? Is it better to resign and look for other opportunities?

For onshore : You should be at the right place ,at the right time. So you have to be little patient if you have not spent enough time for this( approx 2 years) So if you are not working on any project which has an onshore opportunity, then you will have to build pressure for onshore. And you can achieve that only by resignation.
