will all petition raised in October 2024 , will get rejected due to trump new visa rules? the petition still not approved still showing in processing status.
Better go out of Infosys. Even if your visa is approved and Stamped, Infosys won't send people to US as of now. I would advice you to go to other companies. Not to flame your hope on Infosys H1B.
Note: I have H1B visa from Infosys from October 2023, Still no opportunities. I didn't switch because of WFH is still applicable in Infy. But other companies want me to come to bangalore or Office 5 days.

Its not case, many folks from my account travelled to us in oct 2024. It all depends on your unit and project requirements. Also you need to promptly follow up for same with you manager.
Silly question - if I get H1B visa while I am with Infosys, and if I resign when my visa is still active, can this be utilised while working for any other organisation? Can I change my employer in the visa while it is still active?
Yes you can change employer .. once your visa is stamped
There is no blanket rule as such. But last time trump came we faced the highest percentage of rejections during his tenure. Almost 60-70%. Currently the situation is such that infy is not sending people with stamped visa. So you are still 1 steps away from it. U am assuming your petition is approved so the major hurdle is crossed. But if they plan to send you to another city/client than what your originals petition was raised for. Again amendment will have to filed which can be rejected .
