It's relaxed work in most teams, but team Indian managers are toxic. Perks are good in comparison to other product based orgs. Annual hike starts from 8 and can go up to 30%. Usually India roles are secure, even when there is a large layover worldwide (~4500), only 10-15 impacted in India.

Their codebase is mostly controlled by TCS/Accenture,etc contractors, who have more say in any technical/design decisions. Also, the quantity of work is below average and mostly built on legacy tech.
