I raised ihd, replied back saying it will take time to update system and then manager will move stage

Not sure if it’s intentional slow down. But if things don’t move by May 15th start making noise to your DM and manager. Last date for submission is 30th June. Last year many kept waiting till June last week to realise that their application will not be filed.
