Go to a doctor. Especially if your shoulder is also paining.

Bicep tendonitis is best treated by professionals. The earlier you treat it, it'll heal faster.

Do warm mustard oil massage, it will reduce the strain. You will feel the pain for a week or so.

continue workout though right?

Yup, continue your workout routine, you can do legs or abs exercises.
But don't overdo legs otherwise you won't even feel them for couple of days 😅.

It is a glass wall that everyone has to go through once. It will get solved after recovery assuming you have enough protein available in your diet and never happen again.

  1. Aren't you doing post exercise stretches? 2. They go away as you keep doing regularly and becomes normal. Pain goes away quickly.

If the pain is less than 2-3 days old use ice packs. If the pain lasts longer then use a hot pack & visit a doctor.

Experienced this☠️

All I did was try to stretch little by little every now and then and it was fine after a week. I also avoided doing bicep exercises the whole week and never experienced something like that again ✌️

When I get a strain, it is usually from having a bad wrist movement and rotation while typing on the keyboard for long hours. If I take a break for a day, it recovers on itself. Maybe try taking a break?
