Rent 20k +1.9k Maintenance Move In Cost - 52K (including ownership of 55" TV, living room furniture, utensils, appliances.) Optional: Bedroom setup for 25k (bed, mattress, table, chair, iron, etc) Deposit: 50K

Basically ready to move in, just back your bags and come in.

As someone moving out, this is a steal deal in the area with most other flats in the same society rented for 15-30% more. DM if you or someone you know needs this.

I actually don't have a specific number in mind because mine varies drastically. Also possibly the wrong person to ask because I don't have a routined life such as going to work daily or eating home cooked meals at specific times.

Rent 22k Food Home 4-5k Eating out / Going out 10-30k Commute 2-10k

Their rents are exorbitant. Won't recommend. A simple comparison with rents in the same societies suffices.

(It is also flawed as a business model, and now with the VC money and founder singing songs, it is doomed. :) )

TV, Fridge, Dining Table, Sofa set, Washing Machine, Utensils, Gas, etc all bought by us + we had paid brokerage while moving in. Overall about 2.5L worth of costs incurred incl brokerage
