GV bug? Back - response time is slow

When going out from a post, after clicking the back button, it's takes few seconds to go out.

This sometimes cause confusion whether I clicked back button or not, then click it again to make the app close due to double back.

I don't know if it's fixed now or if it was always like this. But it works fine for me. the back button instantly redirects back to the homepage for me. No delay

May be device specific or some cache issues. Am using pixel.
