Just make sure it is showing in associate 360

If it's reflected in your associate 360 profile and an address survey mail came for a promotion token from the HRSS Promotion Support team then you are all good, teams designation will update eventually don't worry.

Just raised The GSD within 4 hours it will get updated

It take a month of time sometimes

For me also it is not reflecting in teams
