Guys,I have 2.5 yrs exp at deloitte what should be my ideal pay scale, position Associate Analyst, up for promotion nxt year.

Switch.....ask for 8+ lpa. AA gets pennies in Deloitte, so look for opportunities outside even if you get a promotion you will hardly get 20-25% which is not enough considering the pay scale of Analyst.
