Trending @Accenture; Guys, what you think about Accentures promotion process? Is it fair or unfair

Being promoted twice in 3 years of my experience in Accenture, right after joining the company as a fresher, I can say that it not only depends on the mentality of your project leadership and your immediate bosses, but also on your visibility in deliverables. If you're a person just does okay in the project and don't care about anything else apart from working on tickets, you won't be given any priority in promotion cycles. You have to show your bosses and the project leadership that you have at least P3 proficiency in 2 or more skills. Plus, do some relevant certifications like associate level cloud certifications, SAP certifications if you're working as an SAP consultant. Bonus tip, if you have landed a good job offer just before June or December end and your expertise and skills are very much visible to your project leadership, they'll even promote you on 31st May or 30th November.

Hey bro could please share some certificate relevant to SAP as I'm in freshers (sap training) and in bench for a week but want to prepare for future

Check out SAP Ascend initiative in Accenture, but mostly they don't really care about freshers, you need your DU Lead's approval and several years of working experience in that specific module of SAP for registering for any SAP certification in Ascend.

Promotion forget it

Quite unfair...not much hike, no promotion.
Management is becoming poor in looking out for employees benefit.
If this year, not good appraisal is given they will start facing lot of adversity. Atleast that's everyone's sentiment

Unfair !
