Put in my papers even before Bands got released, I have got A+ Band. But I know max appraisal will be 9-10%. Whereas I’m getting offers worth 80-100% hikes outside so it’s not worth it to stay at this so called reputable company. Absolutely correct to get out of comfort zone

Please tell us also which are those comp. We can switch too.. lets help to increase attrition

People say SAP S/4 HANA Finance has lot of demand but there are hardly any implementation projects with Service Companies like TCS, Infosys etc., and we see the opportunities on LinkedIn, they need 2 End to End Implementation project..I don't know what exactly they are looking for...
However, I am doing my part, let's see where it goes..
In case any one from SAP S/4 HANA Finance tring to switch and has some positive points, do share.. because it's hardly going increase the competition but surely help others learn something that may be useful for them to get calls for interview and in the interview..
