Happy with the work, Team and client. But CTC and hike disappoints me
if u r sure u deserve better than this then change ur co. if u think Tech has no potential to grow,change ur tech .
If you think you are not able to decide then discuss with ppl.

My CTC is 5.25 and yes I deserve better at least 10 lpa. I had enough discussion with my lead and the manager and I am sure that I will be disappointed in the dec hike cycle. My Tech has enough potential and actively looking outside will get the offer soon. Will resign soon.

You are in Accenture and saying you don’t have learning is irony to what ACN identifies as primary goal. lol.. you can use self learning take free certification and move on. There won’t be anyone else who will tell you want you should do, you have to drive your own career. Care for yourself, and move on. As far as project is concerned, you have options to leave project reaching out to HR, with your genuine problems.
If you are in the grapevine you are just confirming from others whether others are grieving or not.

Grieving after no hike for the last two years...
