Deloitte, any day, see you already worked in a Typical service-based based, which is TCS... Deloitte USI is Big 4 it is a definite brand upgrade... which is better, it will help you get into other Big 4 easily and if your tech stack is demanding, you can also get into product as well, but it depends on how much prepared you are on the latest stuff and DSA... However, Delloite will likely make you work more than Infy and Capgemini... if you want a laidback life, no growth, go for Infy and Capgemini
