Guys please help me out..my total experience is 8 and salary is 6.5 and still in C1 grade only I started my career in TCS am not getting promotion at all wat should I do
I tried many times to talk with my manager but everytime there is no update an sometimes they say we are not giving promotion this year other than manager do we have any other way to escalate this
Why don't you talk to your delivery manager or your manager's boss. You have spent 8 years in TCS and why do you sound like someone who has recently joined.
Let me guess, you joined as TCS Ninja and after working 8 hours your CTC is 6.5 lakhs and grade is C1.
If this is what I understood, saluting you for staying in TCS for 8 long years. Definitely money must not have been an issue with you. Otherwise, you would have left TCS long time back. Talking about promotion, your manager must have got a promotion for not giving you the promotion. In TCS with this years of experience you should have been on C3A/C3B grade but I guess you were blindly following your manager who kept you in dark. Now, if you are awake after reading this, then start giving interviews and work on upskilling yourself.
Bro best is to switch, yaha par kuch nhi milega switch karo promotion lo and hike lo.
