Guys, need help to understand how is Deloitte USI Advisory practice in terms of WLB, office timings etc.

I am switching to Deloitte USI Oracle Practice and was wondering whether it’s a good choice compared to PwC India. I am aware comp is good but apart from that what else should i be aware of
