How’s billdesk as a company? With their sandwich leave policies and no wfh options sounds very old school but want to know from someone who is still in the company or worked before about learning curve.

Also 7 + years experience (3 Project Management 4 product manager) what should be the apt salary?

They are stingy in salary. So dont expect much. You will work more of a BA + PO + PM role if you are going for PM role. More on implementation.
Policies are old school. They say flat structure. Saturdays can be working depending on team. Earlier it was similar to banks. Biweekly 6 days. 2nd 4th sat off. Not sure now

Yes. They have been in market since ages. Probably the first ones in online payment in india. Not sure how their current tech or product stack is tho.
