Guys, it has been three months and my probation period has not been confirmed yet. Any idea how long it will take?

actually my supervisor is not responding to any of my emails. I'm reporting to the engagement manager, as I haven't been assigned a DM yet. I've been allocated to the project but haven't been given any tasks, which might be because the client's background check is still in process
