Guys is it safe to join TCS at C3B grade?

TCS is investing big into AI. So if you are getting a 40 lacs ctc in TCS go for it. But read the breakup of ctc carefully. I worked in TCS for almost 14 years and they give 1/5 of your ctc as basic salary so your PF and gratuity takes a hit. I was on C3B grade when i resigned over a year ago.
