Guys is 85% wfo index enough ??
Earlier when we used to get HR mail, it used to mention maintaining 85% index. But now I am not sure. Can anyone please confirm if 100% is required?

Mandatory is 100% plus 9 hrs in office, but still it doesn't guarantee that they won't terminate you. They will find another reason.

Depends upon the project. As per HR policy 85% is mandatory for QVA and to be compliant.

Yes now in mail it’s given like maintaining 100% is associate’s responsibility
