Trending @Capgemini; Guys I'm unable to submit timesheet in replicon and my LWD is tomorrow and no code available in replicon as I'm on bench.
Will I not get paid
I am facing the exact same issue. My LWD is on 6 Jan. Actually the bench code expired on 31 dec. I raised ServiceCentral ticket, they told new code for 2025 not available yet and closed the ticket by themselves. Pathetic condition. If I speak to HR they are saying speak to RMG. RMG is saying speak to People manager. People manager saying check with HR. Pathetic company really.
You will be having a bench code assigned automatically or you can ask the ai bot adam about it ask him my project code allocation you will be able to get the code based on that submit your timesheets
The bench code is available to submit the timecard if it's not getting filled then raise the ticket in service central and ask them to submit your timecard they will do it.
